another day has done! yes. just back from work! long day today. my big chef is back from his short vacation. Sadly he announced to us that...
HE IS OFFICIALLY RESIGN!
whaatt? yes. He is. well... he is a good person. he is willing to teach his staff with all of his heart, he's encourage you to be a better you. sometime he is annoying and doing some crazy things which makes us miss him when hes gone. well.. there will be no him in the kitchen in the next 3 months....(F.Y.I he was the person who interviewed me and let me work with him.)
ahh yaa.. NYE is coming too! means busy time for us as chefs! no holiday and no enjoying the NYE. i might be busy preparing the dessert and the canapes during the day π and busy eating the grapes while people counts down the new year! hahah (im following spanish tradition...)
ah..he also gave me a big homework for me this evening. he asked me to prepare 5 desserts and it could be anything. well.. i got no idea for what it is. and so far i just got 1 dessert that comes to my mind -__- (im not a pastry chef tbh π₯)
ohya, today im doin another trial for my competition. i will be compete in HORECA 2017 on January. it is a big event, big competition where all the chefs compete and show their talents and also LUCK he he he. no luck no medals. well.. im pretty happy with the newest platting that my team made. compare to the previous one.

Hmm.. this week, i got Friday off! planning to go here and there as usual. but i havent decided yet! planning to see whats happening in Friday Market, and i want to visit the cultural centre too. The cultural centre looks so fancy from its website. it would be good to taking some of shoot with my GoPro.
Alrighty pals,time to enjoying myself now! watching series or movies (maybe) or i just end up scrolling my fb homepage or making stupid story on instagram -,- he he. or i end up planning to start my diet program by tomorrow morning but it always fail since i cant resist myself not to eat something while i work :O no wonder yaaa im fat hahah. Okaylaaaaa, nighty night!
ahh almost forgot! i had MOMOS for my (second) dinner for tonight. my nepali friend, named Mahesh he made momos for us. its a traditional food from nepal, well its like dumpling or shomai or dimsum from China.
